Last Chance to Register for GOVERNING Infrastructure and Sustainability Policy Breakfast 4/18

If you are having trouble reading this email, read the online version

Dear sathish,

I wanted to be sure that you received my email last week.  We would love for you to join the GOVERNING editorial team at the April 18 GOVERNING Policy Breakfast on Infrastructure and Sustainability here in Washington.

GOVERNING editors host these small, informal roundtables in order to get the input of key thought leaders, advocacy and policy groups on hot topic areas. Your particular knowledge and experience would make you a valuable contributor.

In exchange for your time, you'll be part of a lively conversation with people who care about these issues as much as you do, and breakfast is on us!

Details about the breakfast:

Wednesday, April 18, 2012
8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Hotel Sofitel, Lafayette Square
806 15th Street, NW
Washington, DC 20005

GOVERNING writer and in-house infrastructure / transportation expert Ryan Holeywell will kick things off with comments on a story in GOVERNING's April issue, "Ten Big Infrastructure Projects of the Year." He will also give an update on the expected impact on states and localities of the transportation bill stop-gap extension.  The rest of the session is an open forum, where we hope to hear what you see as the most important issues. What is the role of government in infrastructure projects?  How will we pay for the infrastructure improvements we need? What Sustainability initiatives and / or policies are having an impact?  I hope you will come and share your views with us!

Please let us know if you can join us by Monday, April 16th
